We shall accept opened and used products within 2 weeks of payment
Product should be returned in Exact packaging. We will not accept the product if it is in Poor conditions(Damaged, broken wire, ect)
We require a reciept or a proof of purchase for processing refunds.
Contact us on the email [email protected] and include a photo of the product from all sides for us to process your return and within 2 weeks we shall refund the money into your account.
We will take on the shipping costs for your product as long as we deem it refundable.
